Strawberry Tiramisu – easy strawberry desserts (Tiramisu recipe)

Recipe for a small bowl / 4 servings

Ingredients:
½ package Strawberries, fresh (250g)
2 tbsp Sugar (35g)
9 pcs Lady fingers (65g)
1 cup Mascarpone (250g)
100ml Cream 35% fat (100g)
1 tsp Vanilla sugar (5g)
3 tbsp Quark (130g)

Preparation method:
- Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, cut them in half and then into thin slices.
- Marinate the strawberries with 1 tbsp of sugar.
- Remove 2 tbsp of the strawberries and squeeze them with a fork for decoration later.
- Give the cream into a bowl and whisk it up until almost stiff.
- Give the mascarpone, quark, rest of the sugar (1 tbsp) and 1 tsp of vanilla sugar into another bowl and mix it to a cream with a whisk.
- Add the whipped cream under the mascarpone cream.
- Layer the components into a deep bowl or gratin form.
Start with the cream, then the lady fingers and finally the strawberries.
Repeat and finish with a layer of cream on the top.
- Add the squeezed strawberries on the top.
- Cover the tiramisu with cling film and put in into the fridge for at least 2h.
- Decorate the tiramisu with more strawberries if desired and enjoy.

Notice:
- Instead of Quark you may also use yoghurt or cream cheese.
- Put some more marinated strawberries on the side, there can never be enough :D
- You may also layer this tiramisu into glasses, you should also get about 4 full glasses.

Strawberry Tiramisu is a very tasty and easy strawberry recipe. It doesn’t contain any alcohol and is therefore perfect for kids as well.

Shelf life:
You can keep this Tiramisu for about 2-3 days in the fridge.
It tastes best on the first day, after the taste will change.
